Download and install the APK directly on your device.

Download APK v10.22 (105) 4.5 MB

After install, check under Settings → Apps → QualityPulse — it should read v10.22.

  1. Tap Download APK above
  2. Open the downloaded file
  3. If prompted, allow installation from this source
  4. Tap Install
Drone payload (Raspberry Pi)

Tarball with the Pi-side firmware: BLE reader, server uplink, DJI Payload SDK widget bridge, systemd units. Install on a Pi Zero 2W with Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm Lite (64-bit).

  1. Copy to the Pi: scp qualitypulse-drone-payload.tar.gz pi@<ip>:
  2. Extract: tar xf qualitypulse-drone-payload.tar.gz && cd qualitypulse-drone-payload
  3. Follow README.md — system user, venv, DJI credentials in services/qp-psdk/.env, three systemd units
3D-printed case

Parametric OpenSCAD source plus pre-rendered STLs. Holds Pi Zero 2W + Sixfab 3G/4G/LTE Base HAT + PosiTector SmartLink + a probe in a side cradle (cable exits through a slot in the back wall).

  1. Slice stl/case_bottom.stl and stl/case_top.stl in PrusaSlicer / Bambu / Cura
  2. Print in PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 3 perimeters, 20% gyroid, no supports
  3. Tweak drone_payload_case.scad + make if your SmartLink batch differs
